If you are not satisfied with your product, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 21 days to send the products back to us. Items must be returned in their original condition with labels and tags attached.

If you exercise your right to return, we will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs, within 21 days of the return notification.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is suspicion that the items have already been used or have been damaged outside of our responsibility.

All return shipments must include a track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
