The Order Process
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system.

Once your order is confirmed, we get to work immediately. The products are picked from the warehouse and then professionally packed to ensure your order arrives undamaged.

The products are prepared so the delivery service can bring them to your address as quickly as possible.

If the product(s) are out of stock, we will contact you. All our products will be delivered neatly within 2 to 4 working days at most.

Damages
It is possible that your order may be damaged during transport. Therefore, it is important to carefully check the products for any damage upon receipt. If this happens, you can send photos of the damage to info@guillermo-forchino.com, and we will ensure you receive a replacement.
